WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR FREE ROOF INSPECTION
A Clear Look at Your Roof. No Pressure. No Guesswork.
After severe weather, roof damage isn't always easy to see from the ground. Our free roof inspection gives you a closer look at the condition of your roof so you can make an informed decision about what, if anything, needs to be done.
No obligation. No pressure. Just an honest look at your roof and a clear explanation of what we find.
HOW OUR INSPECTION WORKS
01 — Schedule Your Inspection
Choose a time that works for you and we'll arrange a convenient time to inspect your roof.
Our inspections typically take about 20 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of the roof.
02 — We Inspect Your Roof
We'll carefully inspect your roof for visible signs of damage, wear, and potential problem areas.
Depending on the property and conditions, we may use a drone, ladder, or other inspection methods to safely get a closer look.
We look for things such as:
Missing or damaged shingles
Lifted or displaced shingles
Signs of wind or hail damage
Excessive granule loss
Damaged flashing
Issues around vents and roof penetrations
Areas that may be vulnerable to leaks
General signs of roof deterioration
Our goal isn't to find something wrong. It's to find out what's actually there.
03 — We Document What We Find
If we notice anything that may need attention, we'll document it with photographs so you can actually see what we're seeing.
Rather than simply telling you that your roof has damage, we'll show you the areas we're concerned about and explain what they mean.
If we don't find anything concerning, we'll let you know that too.
04 — We Review the Results With You
Once the inspection is complete, we'll explain our findings and answer any questions you may have.
If your roof looks good, we'll tell you.
If we find something that should be addressed, we'll explain what we found and discuss your options.
You decide what you want to do from there.
There is never an obligation to hire CFL Construction Group.
NO PRESSURE. JUST INFORMATION.
We understand that inviting a roofing contractor to your home can sometimes feel like the beginning of a sales pitch.
That's not how we want your inspection to feel.
Our job is to give you a clear picture of your roof's condition and let you decide what makes sense for your home.
You don't have to make a decision during the inspection.
You don't have to sign anything.
And if your roof is in good shape, we'll be the first to tell you.
WHAT IF WE FIND DAMAGE?
Finding damage doesn't automatically mean you need a new roof.
We'll show you the areas we found, explain what we're seeing, and help you understand your options.
Depending on the condition of your roof, those options may include monitoring the area, making a repair, or discussing a larger roofing project.
If you decide you'd like CFL Construction Group to help with the work, we'll walk you through the next steps.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME?
Not necessarily.
If you prefer, we can discuss the inspection process with you beforehand and provide you with the results afterward.
If you'd like to be present, you're welcome to be there while we inspect and explain what we're seeing.
We'll work with whatever is most convenient for you.
WILL YOU WALK ON MY ROOF?
Not always.
When appropriate, we may use a drone or other methods to inspect the roof without having someone walk across it.
If a closer inspection is needed, we'll determine the safest and most appropriate way to access the roof.
HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ROOF?
That's exactly what the inspection is for.
Whether you're concerned about recent storms, an aging roof, or simply want to know what condition your roof is in, we're happy to take a look.
