WORKMANSHIP & MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
It's important to understand that your roofing system can have two different types of protection.
Our Workmanship Guarantee
Our workmanship guarantee relates to the quality of the installation performed by CFL Construction Group and is subject to the specific terms and conditions provided with your project.
Manufacturer's Warranty
Roofing manufacturers such as GAF, IKO, and CertainTeed offer their own warranties on qualifying roofing products.
Manufacturer warranties can vary depending on the specific product, installation requirements, contractor qualifications, and other conditions.
We'll help you understand what coverage applies to the roofing system selected for your project.
QUALITY INSTALLATION MATTERS
Even the highest-quality roofing materials need to be installed correctly.
Our team follows applicable installation requirements and focuses on the details that help create a properly functioning roofing system.
